Эта опция позволяет отключить в прошивке функцию дозирования присадки мочевины adblue, scr в выхлопную систему перед селективным катализатором. Достигается это за счет изменения калибровок (remapping) программы управления двигателем (engine control module ECU). Список поддерживаемых типов ECU. Компоненты системы Adblue, SCR, DEF:

  • дозирующий блок управления (dosing control module DCU)
  • датчик оксида азота (NOX)
  • бак для присадки с насосом
  • форсунка для подачи присадки

Для большинства типов ECU решения программного отключения AdBlue позволяют физически отключить разъемы с блока дозирования присадки DCU, SCR, насоса и датчиков NOX. Во всех необходимо отключать разъем с блока управления SCR, DEF ! Примечания по конкретному типу системы управления двигателем указаны в списке поддерживаемых ECU.

Выполните следующие действия на автомобиле:

  • С помощью диагностического прибора выполнить все доступные функции сброса по AdBlue и NOX, стереть коды ошибок
  • В некоторых случаях понадобиться заполнить бак AdBlue присадкой (можно использовать антифриз)
  • Записать файл ADBLUE OFF
  • Отключить блок дозирования AdBlue и датчик NOX (если необходимо)

Возможные коды ошибок DTC при неисправностях системы SCR:

  • P2200, P2201, P220B, P229E, P2209, P229F – неисправность датчиков оксидов азота (NOx);
  • P203F – низкий уровень жидкости в баке;
  • P204F – неисправность компонентов системы;
  • P2BA9 – превышение содержания NOx в выхлопных газах;
  • P20EE – низкая эффективность селективного катализатора;
  • P20E9 – слишком высокое давление жидкости;
  • P20E8 – слишком низкое давление жидкости;
  • P204B – недостоверный сигнал датчика давления жидкости;
  • P20F5 – слишком высокий расход восстановителя.
